Together, Marc & Dennis have 75+ years experience envisioning, launching and building highly respected, global specialty packaging companies.

They understand the complex requirements of consumer brands and consistently create the gold-standard by meeting and exceeding customer needs.

Today, they leverage their unmatched experience, expertise and vast network to bring the MAX Solutions vision to life.

Sustainability

At MAX Solutions, our commitment to the environment is woven throughout everything that we do – whether it’s selecting plant locations to optimize the supply chain and reduce transport emissions, designing solutions that are recyclable, reduce waste and support the circular economy, or sourcing recycled and recyclable materials.   

Our investment in next generation technology significantly supports this commitment. For instance, our carbon-neutral presses are designed to the highest levels of energy efficiency and drastically reduce emissions, scrap and process waste. We’ve also built our facilities in compliance with the leanest manufacturing standards – even our electric forklifts were selected to ensure we reduce the impact on our teams and our planet. 

Our partnership with PaperFoam - a biodegradable alternative to plastic packaging inserts is another example of our commitment to providing our customers with the most environmentally friendly solutions.

As the dynamic between people and the planet evolves and we learn more, we will continue to invest in new ways for MAX Solutions to deliver on our customers’ needs in the most environmentally responsible way.

Quality Assurance 

We take our commitment to delivering zero-defect quality to our customers seriously.  All of our standard operating procedures have been developed in full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Certification and the FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP)­­. Regardless of whether a particular production run requires the highest level of standard or not, everything we produce is handled in the same way.   

The investments we’ve made in technology also empower us to deliver Six Sigma Quality every day. In-press color control, in-line inspection and power registration capabilities are a few of the advanced capabilities built into our presses. Our folder-gluers refuse to be overshadowed as their detection & ejection system allow us to deliver the highest quality product in the most efficient way. 

And to ensure the highest level of consistency, we’ve invested in a comprehensive quality management system (QISS) developed by the Quality Institute of America (QIA), have achieved the highest level of G7 compliance.
