The Web-Flexo print system is a roll-fed hybrid of flexo and letterpress, capable of UV and aqueous printing over 300 lpi or stochastic screening and 20 micron. Inherent to the process is exceptional graphic reproduction and colour control with the ability to reverse print up to 11 colours or coatings and any combination with just one pass at the lowest possible cost. Multiple print stations and modular in-line cutting, creasing, and embossing merge with numerous inline package decorating techniques to successfully manage the entire converting process.
